Our G&T menu is HUGE and constantly evolving... We are always experimenting and looking for that next new combination, that special batch or a new distillery.
We are very thorough in our selection process. The products that we stock are all brands and batches that we believe offer the perfect G&T. We support local distilleries as much as possible and try to buy local wherever possible!
We pair our Gins with premium tonics and fresh seasonal ingredients.
Mathis (our mobile Gin bar) is not big enough to stock our whole range but we love creating menus which are tailored to the events that we visit. We always aim to stock a locally themed drink, using local produce or Gin distilled close by to add a personal touch to the bar. We can theme drinks to suit an event, occasion or brand.
